First State Party Pros,LLC is a mobile party rental service that specializes in renting tables, chairs, tents and more. We bring the party to you and do the heavy lifting, so you can enjoy a one of a kind experience.
How far does First State Party Pros Travel?
First State Party Pros,LLC service the following areas: Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Send us a request and we’ll tailor a price for you based on your location.
How can I reserve an event date?
You can submit a request online or call in for a quote. Your event is not booked until First State Party Pros, LLC has received a 25% deposit to reserve your date. Remainder of the order must be paid in full before prior to drop off or pick up.
How do I prepare equipment for pickup?
Tables and Chairs must be folded and stacked appropriately at its pick up point. Linens must not be left out, please have them in a bag.
When will you deliver my order?
The Remainder of order must be paid in full to First State Party Pros, LLC. A delivery date and time will be scheduled. Request are considered but not guaranteed. Day(s) prior delivery is a courtesy not mandatory.
What is your Event Cancellation Policy?
At First State Party Pros, LLC we understands that under certain circumstances you might have to cancel an order. Any monies paid except the initial 25% payment will be refundable and contract can either be cancelled in its entirety or a new future date can be chosen agreeable to both parties.
What happens if rental(s) are damaged or missing?
Renter would pay for replacement cost due to negligence to rental inventory while in customer’s possession.
Missing equipment will be charged an extended rental per day until returned. If not returned within 3 days, full replacement value will be charged in addition to the extended rental days.
(A non-refundable damage waiver of 10 percent will be added to all FIRST STATE PARTY PROS, LLC rental orders, unless otherwise stated).
